The researchers transferred 340 middle-aged women with overweight and obesity, either 1500 mg of calcium per day or a placebo. After two years there was no difference in weight or body fat between the two groups.
What to do: Do not count on supplements for weight loss. Instead, replace calorie dense foods with fruits and vegetables, and replace sugary drinks with water, sugar, tea or coffee. In addition, your computer or your TV (or a stationary bicycle tears before him).
